This is an important time to pay attention to our overall health and emotional state. Yoga can support our immune systems and balance our emotions so that we can better resist any virus.
With the intention to encourage people in maintaining a continuous practice, I'll be conducting a home practice session live on every Mon and Tue 7pm - 8.15pm, Thur 10am.

Since I stepped onto my mat for the first time, I have learned that yoga is not simply an “exercise” method but a lifelong practice that cultivates the mind, body, and soul.
Practicing yoga has helped me create a body/mind connection that I have never before experienced. It has also increased my ability to cope with stress and enjoy daily life more.
I am a qualified Yoga Alliance RYT500 teacher. Introducing others to the magic of yoga is one of my passions! I absolutely love sharing the practice, my experience and knowledge of yoga with people.
I like to guide my classes through movement focused on skeletal alignment, muscular engagement, and attention to breathing. I encourage all to show up to the yoga mat, move with positivity and most of all have fun.
I teach individual and group lessons at venues throughout Cambridgeshire and regularly post online on my Facebook page for the attention of all who feel they may benefit.

My aim is to make yoga practice financially accessible to as many people as possible in my local community near Huntingdon area.
I believe everyone deserves an equal chance to experience optimum health and well being regardless of their circumstances.
I hope to contribute to individual health and happiness, assisting students to be a positive influence on those around them.

Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to really make sure that your individual needs are being met in your yoga practice.
Private sessions could be perfect for those of you who:
> have a busy schedule and find it difficult to get to a scheduled group class
> are nervous about jumping in at the deep end and would prefer a gentle more personal introduction to yoga.
> want to work more intensely and dynamically on your practice with 1:1 attention to detail.
> who just fancy a treat
> who are self-conscious about practicing in front of other people.
Private yoga course contents
The private yoga lesson consists of yoga posture (asana), yoga breathing (pranayama), guided meditation and relaxation.
Frequency of private yoga classes
You can take private yoga lessons 1 – 6 days a week as per your requirements. Each session consists of 1 hr 15 min duration.
How to enroll for a private yoga lessons ?
To enroll for private yoga lessons please email me with the following information:

> The number of people joining the yoga lesson
