Hi Lingling, today's yoga class was really beneficial. The tapping and stretches are just what I needed. My lower back is much better now than when I started yoga class. I have learnt how to listen to my body and not to over stretch but still push myself to healthy stretches and feel the benefits. Your explanation of Chi is very clear and made easier to understand.

I have injured my back and disrupted the sciatica nerve. I have been looking for stretches to relieve the pain and today's yin yoga session is exactly what I needed for the stage of my back pain.
I felt a nice relief from the pain whilst putting that amount of pressure on the key areas. Thank you for today's session, I really needed this.

Thank you LIng ling very much for mentioning and talking us through the stretches which helps with sciatic/nerve pain. I have something similar caused through overtraining in martial arts. I will do that stretch everyday now. Selina (Yin class, Mar 10, 2021)
